Exchange & Return Policy

At Tamara Fashion, we are committed to protecting the rights of our valued customers while maintaining the quality and safety of our products. Please read the following Exchange & Return Policy carefully before confirming your order.

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

* Customers may inspect their order before accepting it when the order contains one or two items maximum.
* Inspection must be carried out while the delivery representative is present.
* If the item is not suitable, the customer may refuse the order while the delivery representative is present, subject to payment of the applicable shipping fee.
* Once the order has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, returns will no longer be available for orders that were accepted after inspection.

2. If the Delivery Representative Does Not Allow Inspection

If the delivery representative refuses to allow inspection of the order for any reason:

* Please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
* Do not accept the order until you have been able to inspect it in accordance with our policy.

3. Orders Containing More Than Two Items

For orders containing more than two items:

* The package must be received sealed and unopened from the delivery representative.
* Inspection upon delivery is not available for these orders.
* Returns are not available for orders containing more than two items.
* Exchanges are available only in accordance with our exchange policy and must be arranged through our Customer Service team.

4. Order Cancellation After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, whether after confirmation by our Customer Service team via phone or through confirmation via our social media messages:

* The customer is responsible for paying the applicable shipping fee.
* The shipping fee must be paid through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
* The cancellation will be processed after the applicable shipping charges have been settled.
